This framework serves as the basis and guidance for subsidiaries in promoting nature-related risk management. Building upon the Group's sustainability governance framework, SinoPac Securities promotes nature-related risk management in accordance with relevant Group policies. The Company participates in the Climate and Nature Team and conducts nature-related risk assessments in line with the Group's planning. Through a systematic approach, SinoPac Securities identifies and assesses its dependencies and potential impacts on natural capital. Nature-related risks have also been integrated into the existing climate risk governance framework and incorporated into risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and management processes to ensure alignment with the Group's overall risk management framework and sustainability development strategy.
